Main steps to modify the template
If you'd like to use one of the songs which were used in the preview video, download them from the links above and insert them into the music composition under the Music File folder.
After extracting the files from the .zip file, you'll find the two main project:
Logo Reveals Services – Logos.aep | Logo Reveals Services – Text.aep
Once you enter one of the projects, you can choose to use the short or long version.
There are two main folders for you to modify:
* Presets - Long / Short (Folder)
This is where you choose which version of the video you'd like to use – Long or Short.
* Change This (Folder)
This folder is the most important one. It contains all the things you need to modify to your own settings:
Your company name -> this is where you write your company name. Double click on the text layer, and insert your own text.
Your Logo -> drag your logo here. If it's too large, scale it down to fit the comp size. After inserting the logo, make sure to enable the 3D option. This is important for the Long version.
Your Tag Line -> double click the text layer, and insert your own tag line.
Your services Logos | Folder (if you are using the logos version) -> open up each item sequence and insert your own services logos. Scale the down to fit the comp size. Click on continuously rasterize and enable the 3D option. It is highly recommended to use vector logos.
Your services text | Folder (if you are using the text version) -> open up each item sequence and insert your services text information.
Your Music Folder-> If you've downloaded one of the music files from the preview, choose the composition which has the songs name and drag the music file inside. If you're using a custom song, simply drag it into the main composition.
Mouse or Hand click
In the main timeline, look at layers 3 & 4 (they are marked with green). On the most left side of the layer, where there is an eye symbol, one of the layers has its eye visible and the other layer's eye is not visible. To swap between the mouse and hand it's as simple as clicking on one eye to make it visible and clicking on the other layers eye to hide it.
* Color Settings
In the Change this folder, go to the Color settings composition. Click on the null layer.
Under 'Lines Color and Opacity' change the lines. In Background Color change the BG.
That's it, you're done!
